Aromatherapy is the use of aromatic oils which are derived from aromatic plant materials & herbs. Help concentration when you need it or relax after along and stress full day and to promote balance and harmony within mind and body! A natural and deliciously fragrant therapy for all the family.

1. Massage oil

Place a small amount of the oil in the palm of your hand and rub them together so that the oil is spread in both hands. More oil can be added during the massage as required and apply to the body with long, upward strokes. Massage oil can be us to body massage and foot massage. Use recommended dilution.

Carrier Oil :
1.1 Sweet Almond Oil
Sweet almond oil is one of the most popular massage oils among massage therapists. Extracted from almonds, sweet almond oil is pale yellow in color.
It is slightly oily, which allows hands to glide easily over skin. Sweet almond oil is absorbed fairly quickly, but not so quickly that you need to keep reapplying it.
People with nut allergies should not use almond oil.

1.2 Soyben Oil

Light and lightly scented. contains linoleic acid, can be used for all skin types and is easily absorbed. however, it is often solvent-extracted and goes rancid quickly. High in natural source lecithin, sterolins, and vitamin E, this oil makes a great base for your products which are being created for outer epidermal healing.
Soybean oil is easily absorbed and leaves a smooth sensation to the skin.

Add the Bath Oil to a bath full of warm water once steam has subsided. Relax for 10 – 15 minutes minimum and avoid splashing in the eyes. Use after massage.

4. Room Fragrance

Dispersing essential oil fragrance in the air is a simple, but effective way of experiencing the benefits of aromatherapy.
A small reservoir at the top of the burner is filled with water. This is heated by the flame from a nightlight placed inside the burner. Up to 5 drops of oil fragrances of your choice. This gradually evaporates, filling the room with aroma. For example Lavender produces a relaxing atmosphere which can help with insomnia
